How to prepare our gluten-free dumplings

Our dumplings are quick and easy to prepare perfectly – in a pan, in a steamer, or traditionally steamed. Here you’ll find all preparation instructions for the different varieties.

Steaming in a pan:

1.    Bring water to the boil in a pan.

2.    Place the dumplings in a steamer basket lined with baking paper.

3.    Place the steamer basket on the pan and steam for approx. 12 minutes.

4.    Then briefly fry the dumplings in a frying pan with a little oil – this adds extra flavour.

Steaming in a steamer (combi-steam oven):

1.    Set the steamer to 100°C for 15 minutes.

2.    After 3 minutes, place the dumplings in a steamer basket or on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

3.    Place in the steamer and cook.

4.    Afterwards, optionally fry in a pan with a little oil.

  3. Slide into the steamer and finish cooking.

Steaming in a pan:

1. Bring water in a pan to the boil.

2. Place the dumplings in a steamer basket lined with baking paper.

3. Place the steamer basket on the pan and steam for about 10 minutes.

4. Then briefly fry the dumplings in a frying pan with a little oil – this gives them extra flavour.

Steaming in a steamer:

1. Set the steamer to 100°C for 12 minutes.

2. After 3 minutes, place the dumplings in a steamer basket or baking tray lined with baking paper.

3. Slide into the steamer and cook.

4. Then optionally fry in a pan with a little oil.

Pan-frying (both sides):

  1. Preheat the frying pan with a little oil for 1 minute.
  2. Add the dumplings and pour in approx. 50 ml of water.
  3. Put the lid on and fry for 7–8 minutes on each side over medium heat.

How to prepare vegetable spring rolls

Pan-frying:

  1. Defrost the spring rolls for at least 2 hours.
  2. Preheat a frying pan with a little oil.
  3. Place the spring rolls in the pan and fry until crispy on all sides.
