Preparation of our gluten-free dumplings

Our dumplings are easy to prepare and perfect in just a few steps – whether in a pan, steamer, or traditionally steamed. Here you'll find all the preparation instructions for the different varieties.

Steaming in a pan:

1. Bring water to a boil in a pan.

2. Place the dumplings in a steamer basket lined with baking paper.

3. Place the steamer basket on the pan and steam for about 12 minutes.

4. Then fry the dumplings briefly in a frying pan with a little oil – this gives them extra flavor.

Steaming in the steamer:

1. Set steamer to 100°C for 15 minutes.

2. After 3 minutes, place the dumplings in a steamer basket or baking tray lined with baking paper.

3. Place in the steamer and cook.

4. Then optionally fry in the pan with a little oil.

  3. Place in the steamer and finish cooking.

Frying in a pan (both sides):

  1. Preheat frying pan with a little oil for 1 minute.
  2. Add dumplings and pour in about 50 ml of water.
  3. Cover and cook for 7-8 minutes on each side over medium heat.
