A big moment for AN OTHER glutenfree:
On September 9, 2025, our production facility in Erlenbach was officially certified by the IG Zöliakie der Deutschen Schweiz – following a comprehensive audit by Labor Veritas Zürich .
This means our dumplings now bear the "Mission safe gluten-free" seal and meet the strictest Swiss standards for gluten-free production.
For us, this is more than a testing procedure – it's a promise: honest, safe, and handmade with love. 💛
In glorious summer weather, AN OTHER gluten-free was part of this year's Celiac Disease Conference at Technopark Zurich – and was absolutely overrun: Our gluten-free dumplings were completely sold out after three hours. Personal feedback ranged from "We can finally eat dumplings together again" to "I had almost forgotten how good momos taste." A day full of enjoyment, exchange, and a boost for our soon-to-be-launched online sales!
