A big moment for AN OTHER glutenfree:
On 9 September 2025, our production in Erlenbach was officially certified by IG Zöliakie der Deutschen Schweiz (the Coeliac Association of German-speaking Switzerland) – following a comprehensive audit by Labor Veritas Zurich.
Our dumplings now carry the “Mission sicher glutenfrei” (“Mission safely gluten-free”) seal and meet the strictest Swiss standards for gluten-free production.
For us, this is more than an inspection process – it’s a promise: honest, safe and handmade with love. 💛
In glorious summer weather, AN OTHER glutenfree took part in this year’s Coeliac Disease Conference at Technopark Zurich – and was literally overrun: our gluten-free dumplings were completely sold out after three hours. Personal feedback ranged from “At last we can eat dumplings together again” to “I had almost forgotten how good momos taste”. A day full of enjoyment, exchange and tailwind for the soon-to-launch online sales!
