No returns for frozen food products

Our gluten-free dumplings are frozen and perishable food items. We kindly ask for your understanding that returns are not possible once the products have been shipped.


Incorrect or damaged delivery

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via email or phone.


Make sure to have your order number ready and send us a photo of the affected items and the packaging. This is the only way we can review the case and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.


Refunds

Once approved by our customer service team, refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing may take up to 7 business days.
