Frequently Asked Questions
Our frozen delicacies are packed in insulated cardboard boxes with ice packs
to keep the temperature low. We ship our products with PostPac Priority from the Swiss Post.

We deliver throughout Switzerland.
Orders are picked up by our logistics partner every Friday and delivered during the following day (Saturday).
We charge CHF 10.50 per shipment (excluding VAT). Delivery is free for orders over CHF 150.
The package should be collected in person. However, it can also be left at the entrance of your building at your own risk.
You can pick up your order directly from us in Erlenbach every Wednesday and Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Please select the shipping method "Pickup" and the Erlenbach location at checkout.
If these times do not suit you, we will be happy to arrange an individual pick-up date.

No, we do not have a minimum order value. However, the logistics costs are
