Delivery Terms for Frozen Dumplings

1. Delivery area

We deliver our frozen dumplings throughout Switzerland.

2. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process and include all applicable fees.

3. Shipping method and timing

We ship our products via Swiss Post’s PostPac Priority service to ensure the cold chain is maintained. Orders are dispatched every Friday and delivered on Saturday.

4. Packaging

Our dumplings are shipped in special insulated packaging with cooling elements to keep them frozen during transit.

5. Delivery time window

Please ensure someone is present at the delivery address at the indicated time to receive the package and place the items in the freezer immediately.

6. Product information

All relevant product information – including ingredient lists, allergens, and nutritional values – can be found on our website and on the product packaging.

7. Self-monitoring and traceability

We carry out regular quality and safety checks on our products and ensure full traceability in line with legal requirements.
