Delivery conditions for frozen dumplings:

1. Delivery area:

We deliver our frozen dumplings throughout Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

2. Shipping costs:

Shipping costs are clearly indicated during the ordering process and include all applicable fees.

3. Shipping method and duration:

We ship our products with Swiss Post’s PostPac Priority service to ensure that the cold chain is maintained. We always ship on Fridays, and delivery takes place on Saturdays. 

4. Packaging:

Our dumplings are shipped in special insulated packaging with cooling agents to maintain the frozen temperature during transport.

5. Delivery time window:

Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address at the specified delivery time to receive the goods and place them in the freezer immediately.

6. Product information:

All relevant product information, including list of ingredients, allergens and nutritional values, can be found on our website as well as on the product packaging.

7. Self-monitoring and traceability:

We carry out regular checks to ensure the quality and safety of our products. We also guarantee the traceability of our products in accordance with legal requirements.
