Our gluten-free pumpkin-filled baozi combine the best of the season: creamy Hokkaido pumpkin, delicately seasoned with caramelized onion, spring onion, and a hint of garlic. A gentle vegetable broth rounds out the flavor and lends the filling its savory depth – completely gluten-free, but lovingly handmade in Switzerland.

Enclosed in our fluffy, soft and naturally gluten-free dough shell, every bite becomes a warming autumn moment.
