Our gluten-free pumpkin-filled baozi bring together the very best of the season: creamy Hokkaido pumpkin, delicately seasoned with caramelised onion, spring onion and a hint of garlic. A gentle vegetable bouillon rounds off the flavour and gives the filling its savoury depth – completely gluten-free and lovingly handmade in Switzerland.
Wrapped in our fluffy-soft and of course gluten-free dough, every bite becomes a warming autumn moment.
By the way, the orange colour of our pumpkin dumplings also comes entirely from the pumpkin itself. The baozi – just like all of our products – is coloured exclusively with plant-based ingredients.
