1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop of AN OTHER glutenfree GmbH at www.anotherglutenfree.ch by private customers residing in Switzerland.

2. Offer and conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. A purchase contract is concluded once an order is placed by clicking “Order with obligation to pay” and confirmed by us via email.

3. Prices and payment terms

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include the applicable statutory VAT.

Available payment methods are shown during the checkout process. Payment is made at the time of ordering.

4. Delivery

Delivery is available within Switzerland only.

Our frozen delicacies are shipped in insulated cardboard boxes with cooling packs using Swiss Post’s PostPac Priority service to ensure the cold chain is maintained. Delivery takes place on the day after dispatch.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery is accepted at the specified time and the products are immediately placed in the freezer.

5. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process. They include all costs for packaging, cooling materials and PostPac Priority.

6. Warranty and liability

Our products are carefully produced in compliance with Swiss food safety regulations.

We do not accept liability for any damage resulting from improper storage after delivery or delayed receipt of the shipment.

7. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

Our gluten-free dumplings are frozen and highly perishable food products. We kindly ask for your understanding that returns are not possible after dispatch.

8. Data protection

The collection and processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy.

9. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

Swiss substantive law shall apply exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is 8704 Herrliberg, Switzerland.
