1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the online shop of Another Glutenfree GmbH at www.anotherglutenfree.ch by private customers with residence in Switzerland.

 

2. Offer and conclusion of contract

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. A purchase contract is concluded as soon as an order is completed by clicking on “Order with obligation to pay” and confirmed by us via e-mail.

 

3. Prices and terms of payment

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include the statutory value added tax.

The available payment methods are shown during the ordering process. Payment is made directly when placing the order.

 

4. Delivery

Delivery is made exclusively within Switzerland.

Our frozen delicacies are shipped in insulated cardboard boxes with cooling packs using PostPac Priority from Swiss Post to ensure the cold chain is maintained. Delivery takes place on the day following dispatch.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery is accepted at the specified time and immediately frozen.

 

5. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process. They include all costs for packaging, cooling materials and PostPac Priority.

 

6. Warranty and liability

Our products are carefully manufactured in compliance with Swiss food law regulations.

We accept no liability for damage caused by improper storage after delivery or by delayed acceptance.

 

7. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

Our gluten-free dumplings are frozen, highly perishable food products. We ask for your understanding that returns are excluded once the goods have been dispatched.

 

8. Data protection

The collection and processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our separate privacy policy.

 

9. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

Exclusively substantive Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is 8704 Herrliberg, Switzerland.
