Our frozen delicacies are shipped in insulated cardboard boxes with cooling packs to keep the temperature low. We ship our products with Swiss Post’s PostPac Priority service.

Orders are collected by our logistics partner every Friday and delivered the following day (Saturday).
We charge CHF 12.95 (incl. VAT) per shipment. For orders of CHF 150 or more, delivery is free of charge.
The parcel should be accepted in person. However, it can also be left at your front door at your own risk.
You can pick up your order directly from us in Erlenbach on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. To do so, please select the shipping method “Pickup” and the location “Erlenbach” at checkout.
If these times don’t work for you, we’ll be happy to arrange an individual pickup time.

Yes, the minimum order value is CHF 30.
Frozen logistics are expensive due to packaging materials and transport costs. We pass on the costs of our external delivery partner, Swiss Post.
For orders of CHF 150 or more, we deliver free of charge.
You can pay by credit card or TWINT.
For the time being, we deliver once a week. All orders received by Wednesday, 12:00 noon
will be shipped on Friday and delivered the following day (Saturday).
Some fillings (e.g. pumpkin, truffle) are only available seasonally, so they may not be available all year round.
You will receive a delivery note, the invoice and all necessary additional information.
Gluten-free flour and gluten-free yeast are very expensive in Switzerland. In addition, our dumplings are handmade because gluten-free dough does not lend itself well to machine processing.
Yes, we produce exclusively gluten-free products in our kitchen. As a nutritionist and wife of a husband with coeliac disease, I know how important and necessary it is to follow a strictly gluten-free diet.
Our meat, poultry and most of our vegetables come from Switzerland. We source our flour from neighbouring countries, and the prawns come from
Southeast Asia. We buy special Asian vegetables from specialist retailers, and their origin may vary.
