These baozi are made from light, gluten-free yeast dough and filled with a carefully selected blend of fresh vegetables and aromatic spices. The dough gets its beautiful green color from spinach extract. Steaming creates a wonderfully fluffy texture – ideal for those who like their food light and flavorful. Authentically Chinese, easy to digest, and lovingly crafted in Switzerland.
