Our spring rolls combine crisp vegetables – white cabbage, mung bean sprouts, leek, and carrots – with delicate glass noodles in a wafer-thin, gluten-free pastry sheet made from tapioca and rice. A warm spice blend with cinnamon, star anise, and Sichuan pepper provides an unmistakable, slightly sweet seasoning with a hint of Far Eastern sophistication.
Simply thawed (at least 2 hours) and pan-fried in oil, they become wonderfully crispy on the outside and remain juicy and flavourful on the inside – a snack that leaves you wanting more.
