A summery Saturday full of encounters, moments of enjoyment and great interest in genuine gluten-free variety
On 14 June 2025 it was that time again: the Coeliac Disease Conference at Technopark Zurich opened its doors to over 700 visitors – and we at AN OTHER glutenfree were right in the middle of it. The weather was at its best, and the atmosphere was as radiant as the sun over Zurich.
Our participation in this year’s Celiac Conference was not only a highlight for us, but also a milestone: within three hours, every single one of our dumplings was completely sold out. After a very short time, the “Jiaozi with vegetables” variety – thanks to its bright green color from spinach – was already gone. Made without artificial colorings, but with lots of love and care – just like all our products.
Waiting is worth it – even for more than 20 metres sometimes
It was moving to see how many people were willing to queue for our gluten-free dumplings. At times the line stretched over 20 metres – and yet the mood remained cheerful and full of anticipation. The fact that our dumplings were so well received was not only a joy, but also a real sign of trust from the community.
“At last my daughter can eat dumplings again”
Even better than the sales was the feedback. We received so many personal responses – some of them moved us deeply.
A mother told us: “Until now, we all gave up dumplings in solidarity, because my daughter couldn’t eat them due to coeliac disease. Now we know: it also works gluten-free – and we can finally enjoy them together again.”
Another visitor said: “I used to love momos, but I couldn’t eat them for years. Now I’ve rediscovered them with you.”
Statements like these reinforce what we do – namely, to explore new culinary paths without compromising on quality, taste or ingredients.
Dress rehearsal passed – online sales can begin
The conference was also a kind of dress rehearsal for us: because over the course of July we’ll finally be launching online sales of our gluten-free dumplings. The rush and the positive feedback give us momentum and show: the demand is there – and how!
We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who visited us on this special day, supported us and shared their stories with us. The 2025 Coeliac Disease Conference was more than just an event for us – it was a strong sign of solidarity within the gluten-free community.
We’re excited about everything that lies ahead – and especially about soon delighting even more people with our dumplings.
