A big moment for AN OTHER glutenfree:
On 9 September 2025, our production in Erlenbach was officially certified by IG Zöliakie der Deutschen Schweiz (the Coeliac Association of German-speaking Switzerland) – following a comprehensive audit by Labor Veritas Zurich.
Our dumplings now carry the “Mission sicher glutenfrei” (“Mission safely gluten-free”) seal and meet the strictest Swiss standards for gluten-free production.
For us, this is more than an inspection process – it’s a promise: honest, safe and handmade with love. 💛
